The economy is sinking. Could we be facing Great Depression II? No telling. One thing to take from the current situation is the fact that the consumer lifestyle is flawed. Given the depleting credit market and loss of personal savings, people are looking for new ways to make ends meet. While we probably aren't sinking into a depression, we can look to the ways of the "old days" for some ways to save money and make the best of what we've got.
